I like being healthy so i was reading some article about health and found out that the vegetables and fruits are good for other than diets. It says that a new study suggest that they keep a stroke away.
it says Swedish survey found that women whose diet was high in fruits and vegetables which are rich in anti oxidants had a lower risk of stroke even if they had heart disease!  they can also reduce the risk that can lead to disease. fruits, vegetables, whole grains, tea and chocolate contains lots of oxidants.
If you do not like eating vegetables, you can also drink them as well to be healthy :)
 because the anti oxidants can prevent disease but you have to take them through foods, not through medicines! before reading this article, i did not know that you have to actually eat something to be healthy sometime. I hope everyone can be healthy from reading this :)

I was wondering what we can do or what people do to protect the environment and found some interesting article so i would like to share with you :)
the thing i thought was interesting is about Environment Education. this education increase knowledge and public awareness about environment problems and teaches the public what decision they should make or how they can tale responsible action. the article says that this education can not improve the environment but it is a process that would provide the capability and skills to analyze environmental problems and improve the environmental problem. as a result, all the individuals are able to make responsible decisions.
I think this is a good education because i know that some people do not know what they should/can do to protect the environment. i think if everyone could leanrn from this education, the environment  would be better.
